We are seeking a Staff Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our sales and inbound operations programs across QuickBooks Capital and Intuit Business Credit Card (IBCC). This full-time role is central to driving top-of-funnel performance across multiple channels — owning our BPO-powered outbound sales program, building out a new inbound pre-origination phone channel, and expanding sales operations support to IBCC.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires a strategic operator who can manage external partners, design scalable processes, and work fluidly across legal, compliance, marketing, and product teams to deliver results.
Responsibilities

BPO Outbound Sales Program Management
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the external BPO sales program end-to-end.
- Develop and manage agent capacity models and forecasting to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Oversee agent performance tracking, goal setting, and incentive structures.
- Identify and drive optimization initiatives to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates.
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes, tools, and strategies for greater scalability.
Inbound Pre-Origination Channel (Build-Out)
- Own the design and launch of a new inbound pre-origination phone channel, building the program from the ground up.
- Define inbound workflows, routing logic, staffing models, and performance standards.
- Partner with product and technology teams to ensure the right tooling and integrations are in place to support inbound operations.
- Establish KPIs and feedback loops to continuously improve inbound conversion and customer experience.
Intuit Business Credit Card (IBCC) Sales & Inbound Support
- Extend sales operations expertise to support IBCC's outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Collaborate with the IBCC team to align sales strategies, capacity planning, and performance management practices.
- Support the build-out of IBCC inbound pre-origination capabilities in coordination with broader channel efforts.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting
- Partner with legal, compliance, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and execution across all programs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels, providing regular business updates to leadership.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or program management.
- Background in sales optimization within a lending, fintech, or financial services organization.
- Experience building or scaling inbound sales or contact center operations strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale sales programs with external agents, BPOs, or partners.
- Experience designing and managing sales incentive programs.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Ability to operate independently and drive ambiguous, greenfield initiatives to structure and scale.
