Which companies sponsor visas for sales business development roles in Georgia?
Atlanta-headquartered companies with consistent H-1B sponsorship histories in sales and business development include NCR Voyix, Global Payments, Cox Enterprises, Cardlytics, and Manhattan Associates. Large tech and consulting firms with significant Georgia offices, such as IBM, Salesforce, and Deloitte, also sponsor sales-facing roles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in fintech, SaaS, and enterprise software sectors.
Which visa types are most common for sales business development roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales business development roles in Georgia, particularly for positions framed around market strategy, business analysis, or solutions consulting that require a relevant bachelor's degree. The L-1B is also used when candidates transfer from an overseas office of the same employer into a Georgia-based business development role. O-1 visas are less common but possible for candidates with demonstrated exceptional performance records.
How to find sales business development visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search sales business development roles in Georgia without sifting through positions that don't sponsor. The platform surfaces openings from employers with active sponsorship histories in Atlanta and surrounding areas, which is especially useful for targeting fintech, SaaS, and enterprise software companies concentrated in the Perimeter Center and Midtown corridors.
Which cities in Georgia have the most sales business development sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of visa-sponsored sales and business development roles in Georgia. Within Atlanta, hiring concentrates in Midtown, Buckhead, and Dunwoody's Perimeter Center, which functions as Georgia's primary tech and financial services corridor. Alpharetta, just north of Atlanta, hosts a notable cluster of SaaS and cybersecurity companies that regularly hire for business development roles.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for sales business development visa sponsorship?
Georgia does not impose state-level visa or work authorization requirements beyond federal rules, but H-1B petitions for sales business development roles must demonstrate the position qualifies as a specialty occupation, which can require careful documentation when the role blends relationship management with technical or analytical responsibilities. Atlanta's competitive fintech and SaaS talent market means sponsoring employers often move quickly, so having your credentials and documentation ready in advance matters.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales business development jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
