Which companies sponsor visas for customer success managers in Hawaii?
In Hawaii, visa sponsorship for customer success managers is most common among federal contractors, technology firms, and hospitality technology companies with Honolulu operations. Companies like Booz Allen Hamilton, Leidos, and DXC Technology have sponsored work visas for client-facing roles in the state. SaaS companies serving Asia-Pacific markets also hire CSMs in Hawaii and have a history of supporting H-1B visa petitions for qualified international candidates.
Which visa types are most common for customer success manager roles in Hawaii?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success managers in Hawaii, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, communications, or computer science. Candidates with degrees in those fields and demonstrable CSM experience have the strongest cases. Australians may also pursue the E-3 visa, which is not subject to the H-1B lottery and is available year-round.
How to find customer success manager visa sponsorship jobs in Hawaii?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find customer success manager visa sponsorship jobs in Hawaii. The platform filters jobs specifically by sponsorship availability, so you're not sifting through listings from employers who won't support a visa petition. Search for CSM roles filtered to Hawaii to surface active openings from companies that have sponsored work visas for similar positions. This is particularly useful given how limited the Hawaii market is compared to mainland tech hubs.
Which cities in Hawaii have the most customer success manager sponsorship jobs?
Honolulu accounts for the overwhelming majority of customer success manager sponsorship opportunities in Hawaii. The city hosts the state's largest concentration of technology firms, federal contractors, and financial services companies that regularly hire client-facing professionals. Kapolei, as a growing secondary business hub on Oahu, has a smaller but emerging presence. Inter-island locations like Maui or the Big Island have very limited CSM sponsorship activity outside of hospitality technology roles.
Are there any Hawaii-specific considerations for customer success manager visa sponsorship?
Hawaii's high cost of living affects prevailing wage determinations under H-1B Labor Condition Applications, meaning employers must certify they're paying at or above the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the Honolulu metropolitan area, which reflects local market rates. Hawaii's geographic isolation also means many companies operate smaller teams, so CSM roles often require broader responsibilities than equivalent mainland positions. Candidates should confirm their degree field aligns with the specific CSM role requirements before applying.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success manager jobs in Hawaii?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
