Which companies sponsor visas for customer success managers in Louisiana?
Technology services firms and enterprise software companies in Louisiana are the most active sponsors for customer success manager roles. Lumen Technologies, headquartered in Monroe with significant operations statewide, has a history of H-1B sponsorship. Energy sector software vendors in New Orleans and healthcare IT companies in Baton Rouge also hire customer success professionals internationally, though sponsorship availability varies by team and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are most common for customer success manager roles in Louisiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success managers in Louisiana, provided the role is structured around a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information systems, or communications. Some employers also support TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management roles. L-1 transfers are possible for those moving from a foreign office of a Louisiana-based company.
Which cities in Louisiana have the most customer success manager sponsorship jobs?
New Orleans and Baton Rouge account for the majority of customer success manager openings with visa sponsorship potential in Louisiana. New Orleans attracts technology services, hospitality tech, and logistics software companies, while Baton Rouge is home to state government IT contractors, petrochemical software vendors, and healthcare organizations. Shreveport has a smaller but growing presence through regional financial services and technology employers.
How to find customer success manager visa sponsorship jobs in Louisiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters customer success manager roles in Louisiana by visa sponsorship availability, saving you from manually screening hundreds of listings. Beyond searching Migrate Mate, focus outreach on Louisiana employers with a documented H-1B filing history in the technology services and energy software sectors, as these companies already have established immigration processes and are more likely to sponsor new hires.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success managers seeking sponsorship in Louisiana?
Louisiana's economy leans heavily on energy, maritime, and healthcare industries, so customer success manager roles here often require domain familiarity with those sectors rather than pure SaaS experience. Employers must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the specific role and metro area, which differs between New Orleans and smaller markets like Lafayette. LSU and Tulane produce graduates who enter this field locally, so international candidates benefit from highlighting specialized industry knowledge that distinguishes them from the domestic pipeline.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success manager jobs in Louisiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
