- 3 years in operational areas such as customer service, claims, and membership, plus experience delivering training in a matrixed environment

Trainer III:

- 4 years in operational areas such as customer service and claims, plus 2 years delivering training in a matrixed environment

- Manage day-to-day classroom activities for a diverse audience, including leading participants, tracking and reporting learner performance, and communicating progress or concerns to business leaders
- Continuously assess participant performance and conduct routine audits, making real-time adjustments to delivery to ensure knowledge transfer
- Maintain knowledge of operations systems and changes through job function practice, team meetings, side-by-side observations, and quality or transaction monitoring
