ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Typical schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Primarily inpatient position providing hospital rounding and cardiology consult services
- Includes weekend and holiday rounding coverage
- No overnight call responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiology team in a high-volume cardiovascular program
- Experience working with cardiac patients preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- APP experience preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license, or Physician Assistant license
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
