Which companies sponsor visas for data analytics managers in Indiana?
Eli Lilly, Salesforce's Indianapolis office, Cummins, Anthem (now Elevance Health), and Finish Line have appeared in Department of Labor LCA filings for data analytics and related management roles. Indiana's life sciences and health insurance sectors show the most consistent sponsorship activity for senior analytics positions. Sponsorship availability varies by hiring cycle and team budget, so confirming directly with employers during the application process is essential.
Which visa types are most common for data analytics manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for data analytics managers in Indiana, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field like statistics, computer science, or information systems. Candidates already holding L-1B or O-1 visa status through a current employer may also pursue this role without entering the H-1B lottery, depending on their situation.
Which cities in Indiana have the most data analytics manager sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the large majority of data analytics manager sponsorship activity in Indiana, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters in health insurance, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Columbus, Indiana sees some demand through Cummins. Bloomington and West Lafayette attract smaller numbers of analytics roles tied to Indiana University and Purdue University's research and administrative operations.
How to find data analytics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa sponsorship roles, including data analytics manager positions in Indiana. You can filter by state and role to surface employers with active sponsorship histories in this field. Because Indiana's sponsorship market is concentrated in Indianapolis and a few key industries, filtering by location and sector on Migrate Mate helps narrow your search to employers most likely to support H-1B petitions.
What should international candidates know about Indiana's data analytics manager market before applying?
Indiana's data analytics manager roles are heavily concentrated in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals and health insurance, which tend to have structured hiring processes and established legal teams experienced with H-1B filings. Purdue University and Indiana University produce a steady pipeline of domestic analytics talent, so international candidates are most competitive when bringing specialized experience in areas like clinical data, supply chain analytics, or enterprise BI platforms that are in shorter local supply.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored data analytics manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
