This is a fully onsite role. The selected candidate will be asked if they were informed about the split shifts. Anyone not able to work the split shift will not be considered. Before your candidate is shortlisted this will need to be confirmed. Please make sure the candidate has all the necessary skills to fulfill this role. This assignment is expected to last for 1 year, with the potential for extension based on business needs. This piece is important to note before agreeing to the role. Schedule is split by half the year on days and the other half on nights.
- First half is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Second half is Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. (Flexible on what this looks like)

Must have experience with Fanuc HandlingTool or Arc Tool
Must have understanding of GD&T and be able to interpret engineering drawings
Schedule will be 6 months on dayshift, M-F, then 6 months on nights, M-F

Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes. Champion continuous improvement initiatives using standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality. Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope. Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.
