Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Which e-commerce companies in Louisiana sponsor F-1 OPT visas?
Louisiana-based e-commerce and digital commerce employers that have hired international candidates include DoorDash-owned Waitr, regional grocery and retail chains with online operations, and New Orleans-based digital agencies that manage e-commerce platforms for clients. Larger national retailers with Louisiana distribution or technology hubs also participate in OPT hiring, though sponsorship availability varies by role, team, and hiring cycle.
Which cities in Louisiana have the most e-commerce F-1 OPT sponsorship jobs?
New Orleans is Louisiana's primary market for e-commerce F-1 OPT jobs, driven by its concentration of technology startups, digital agencies, and retail-tech firms. Baton Rouge is the second-strongest market, with e-commerce roles tied to logistics companies, healthcare retail operations, and university-adjacent tech employers. Shreveport has a smaller but emerging presence, particularly in logistics and fulfillment-related roles.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for F-1 OPT sponsorship in Louisiana?
Roles that most commonly qualify for F-1 OPT in e-commerce include software engineering, data analytics, digital marketing, UX and product design, and supply chain or logistics coordination. These positions typically require a degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, or business. Roles in SEO, paid media management, and e-commerce platform administration also qualify when tied to a relevant degree field.
How do I find e-commerce F-1 OPT sponsorship jobs in Louisiana?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for F-1 OPT and visa sponsorship job seekers, with filters for visa type, industry, and state. Searching for e-commerce roles in Louisiana on Migrate Mate surfaces employers who have a documented history of sponsoring international candidates, saving you time that would otherwise go toward screening companies manually. Combining that with outreach to New Orleans and Baton Rouge digital agencies can strengthen your pipeline.
Are there any Louisiana-specific considerations for F-1 OPT sponsorship in e-commerce?
Louisiana's e-commerce sector is smaller than coastal tech hubs, so OPT candidates benefit from targeting employers with existing international hiring infrastructure rather than smaller local startups that may lack HR experience with OPT authorization. The state's strength in logistics and distribution, tied to its port activity, means supply chain and operations roles in e-commerce can be a practical entry point. OPT work authorization must be employer-verified before your start date regardless of role.
