Analista Tecnico Helpdesk Fibra Optica
Objetivo del puesto
Orientar y acompañar al técnico de campo mediante el análisis en herramientas de monitoreo y gestión, asegurando acciones preventivas y correctivas durante instalaciones y soportes técnicos de fibra óptica (última milla), cumpliendo con normas técnicas de calidad y procedimientos operativos definidos por la compañía.

- Estudiante universitario de los últimos años en carreras como Ingeniería Electrónica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similares.

- Atención al cliente
- Redes de datos (preferente conocimientos de CCNA)
- Fundamentos de fibra óptica y tecnologías GPON/Pelo dedicado.
- Conceptos básicos de redes IP, VPN, MPLS, enlaces dedicados, etc.
- Conocimiento en tecnologías de redes y servicios fijos: FTTH, HFC y DTH
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas básicas (Office, sistemas de tickets).

RESPONSABILIDADES Y TAREAS RELEVANTES
- Realizar análisis técnico de soportes ingresados por Service Desk, validando datos de clientes según tipo de tecnología (GPON, Pelo dedicado).
- Ejecutar configuraciones lógicas de servicios en plataformas de red según cada escenario: Internet con IP privada/pública, VPN, rutas estáticas, enlaces MPLS, transporte, etc.
- Coordinar y trabajar en conjunto con áreas internas (NOC, NEC, Factory, Rollout, TX, Planta Externa) para la resolución efectiva de casos.
- Canalizar casos especiales (pelos mal utilizados, configuraciones erróneas, desvíos operativos) y generar planes de acción para prevenir recurrencias.
- Dar soporte al técnico de campo con orientación remota durante instalaciones, mudanzas o reclamos técnicos, según matriz de fusión y topología de red.
- Reportar y escalar eventos masivos afectando clientes o zonas, y validar cobertura para derivación oportuna a cuadrillas técnicas.
- Gestionar altas, bajas o modificaciones de servicios mediante la plataforma iMaster NCE.
- Mantener comunicación fluida con clientes internos y partners para coordinar tareas y resolver incidentes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos y normativas vigentes durante toda la atención técnica.
- Dar seguimiento a casos complejos hasta su resolución con conformidad del cliente.
- Generar y documentar aprendizajes de los casos atendidos para retroalimentar al equipo y mejorar la calidad del servicio.
- Cumplir con las metas del área bajo las políticas de la organización y el marco legal aplicable.
