Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. This manager will be proactive in understanding full environmental service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile special events on campus. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be responsible for driving positive client and student satisfaction scores
- Provide a sanitized and safe environment for students, faculty, visitors and staff
- Understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile events
- Have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and influence their professionalism to drive positive results
