Fulltime, In-Office Position
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $17–$19 per hour, reflecting a good-faith estimate as of the posting date and accounting for the position's responsibilities, level, and location. Actual starting pay will be set at the Bank's discretion and will take into account the candidate's experience, education, skills, certifications, and other relevant factors.
Help people: Answer calls, emails, and service requests from branch staff and customers, and get them clear answers in a reasonable timeframe.
Keep accounts accurate: Process address and account changes, statement updates and returned mail, and set up and renew certificates of deposit, including retirement and education savings accounts.
Handle transactions and exceptions: Work through returned items, holds, overdrafts, and other day-to-day exceptions following our procedures.
Support digital banking: Help customers and staff with online banking, mobile and ATM deposits, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Manage card inventory and ordering.
Watch for fraud: Learn to spot suspicious activity and trends and flag them to the right people.
Pitch in: Other tasks as the team needs them.
