We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Grand Haven, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).
Description:
- They know basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices for their professional field, but usually have limited experience in applying them outside a classroom setting.
- They handle detailed problems which require standard solutions.
- They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team.
- Performs troubleshooting parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
- Uses advanced tools /technical knowledge to remediate client problems and conduct scheduled installations.
- Provides technical feedback on technical process issues to improve overall service delivery.
- May act as team lead at times and coach team members.
- Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient in Windows operating system environment.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems may be required.
- Strong client service skills.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Some travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
- Knowledge of the French language is a plus.
