INTRODUCTION
Workday Integrations Analyst
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.
- Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.
- Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.
- Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.
- Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.
- Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.
- Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and related technologies.
- Experience in designing and troubleshooting complex integrations.
- Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
- Experience in Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

- Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 a year
