Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach. Real Chemistry believes we are best together – and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person – but also supports flexibility for our people.

Search Account Director Jobs in MassachusettsAccount Director Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for account directors in Massachusetts?
Large technology, financial services, and life sciences employers in Massachusetts are among the most active sponsors for account director roles. Companies including HubSpot, Salesforce, Fidelity Investments, Biogen, and global advertising agencies with Boston offices have documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories for senior account and client leadership positions. Multinational firms with established immigration programs are generally better positioned to support sponsorship than smaller regional agencies.
Which visa types are most common for account directors in Massachusetts?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account directors in Massachusetts, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific specialty field such as marketing, business, or communications. Candidates already holding L-1A intracompany transferee status through a multinational employer are another common path. O-1A visas are occasionally used for account directors with demonstrable awards, industry recognition, or significant media coverage of their work.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most account director sponsorship jobs?
Boston accounts for the large majority of account director sponsorship opportunities in Massachusetts, particularly in the Back Bay, Financial District, and Seaport neighborhoods where technology, financial services, and marketing firms cluster. Cambridge and Somerville have growing concentrations tied to biotech and SaaS companies. Waltham and Burlington along Route 128 also host regional headquarters of global firms that sponsor for account leadership roles.
How to find account director visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate is designed specifically for this search. You can filter account director roles by Massachusetts and identify employers with active sponsorship programs, saving time compared to manually screening general job postings. Because account director positions vary widely by industry in Massachusetts, ranging from biotech client services to SaaS enterprise sales, using a sponsorship-focused platform like Migrate Mate helps surface roles where employers have indicated willingness to sponsor.
Are there state-specific considerations for account directors pursuing sponsorship in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts employers filing H-1B petitions for account directors must meet the Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements for the Boston metropolitan area, which reflects the region's high cost of living and competitive talent market. The state's concentration of universities including Harvard, MIT, and Boston University creates a strong local talent pipeline, meaning sponsored candidates often need to demonstrate specialized industry expertise or international client relationships that distinguish them from domestic applicants.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account director jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
