The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $258,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Enterprise Acceleration & Operations team helps power the future of how Converse works. Operating at the intersection of transformation and execution, the team partners across Human Resources (HR), Technology, Strategy, Legal, and business functions to unlock growth, build new capabilities, and accelerate enterprise impact. This role reports into the Enterprise Acceleration & Operations organization and collaborates with leaders across the business to drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Converse is seeking an AI transformation leader who can turn emerging technology into meaningful business outcomes. This person brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and change leadership, with the ability to translate Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and teammate experiences. They are comfortable challenging traditional ways of working, redesigning workflows, and helping teams adopt new behaviors that unlock capacity for higher-value work.
The ideal candidate is equally effective influencing executives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution. They understand how to balance innovation with responsible governance and can confidently navigate conversations spanning technology, legal, privacy, and organizational change. Most importantly, they see AI as a catalyst for business transformation and are passionate about helping people and teams do their best work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation, process improvement, organizational change, or AI-related initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Applied experience leveraging generative AI, AI-first methodologies, AI-native approaches, automation, and agentic workflows to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Experience with change management frameworks; PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, privacy, data protection, governance principles, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Service Design, or Human-Centered Design
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help drive Converse’s AI transformation by enabling teams to rethink how work gets done. Through partnership, coaching, experimentation, and execution, you will accelerate adoption of AI-powered solutions that create capacity, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business impact across the enterprise.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases across business functions, aligning opportunities with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
- Partner with leaders across Human Resources (HR), Technology, Strategy, Legal, and business teams to accelerate responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions
- Redesign workflows and operational processes using AI-first and AI-native approaches to eliminate low-value work and improve efficiency
- Build business cases, implementation roadmaps, and adoption strategies that drive sustainable organizational change
- Develop and deliver training, toolkits, workshops, and hands-on coaching that increase leader and teammate AI fluency
- Establish success metrics and track value creation through adoption, capacity generated, productivity improvements, time savings, and business outcomes
- Contribute to broader enterprise acceleration initiatives and transformation programs that help Converse move faster, operate smarter, and create greater value at scale
