The work people build is worth protecting, and it's harder to protect than it used to be. AI agents now move at machine speed with human-level access, and a small slip-up can become a very public one. We disrupt cybercriminal activity before that happens. We think fast, go big, and always demand more of ourselves. We work hard, deliver, and repeat. We grow with real determination and put success well within reach. We push each other to be better and expect to be pushed back, in a community built on respect, where everyone is counted.
Work Protected.

Which companies sponsor visas for financial analysts in Massachusetts?
Boston's financial services sector includes some of the most active H-1B visa sponsors for financial analyst roles. Fidelity Investments, State Street Corporation, Wellington Management, and Liberty Mutual have consistent sponsorship histories with the Department of Labor. Regional banks, private equity firms in the Seaport District, and fintech companies in Cambridge also file regularly for financial analyst positions.
Which visa types are most common for financial analyst roles in Massachusetts?
The H-1B is by far the most common visa for financial analysts in Massachusetts, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA professional category. Some senior roles at global firms may also involve L-1 visa intracompany transfers.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most financial analyst sponsorship jobs?
Boston accounts for the overwhelming majority of financial analyst sponsorship activity in Massachusetts, particularly in the Financial District, Back Bay, and the Seaport. Cambridge hosts fintech and quantitative finance firms near MIT and Harvard. Worcester has a smaller but growing presence through regional banks and insurance companies. For most candidates, Boston is where sponsorship-eligible financial analyst openings are concentrated.
How to find financial analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it easier to find financial analyst roles in Massachusetts where employers are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sifting through general postings, you can search directly for sponsorship-confirmed openings across Boston's asset management firms, insurance companies, and fintech employers without wasting time on roles that won't consider visa candidates.
Are there state-specific considerations for financial analysts seeking sponsorship in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts employers sponsoring H-1B workers must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements specific to the Boston metropolitan area, which are generally higher than national averages given the region's cost of living. Financial analyst candidates with degrees from Massachusetts institutions like MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, or Boston University often have existing employer relationships through co-op and internship programs, which can influence sponsorship decisions.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored financial analyst jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
