REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: MCSE: Data Management and Analytics
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to write formal reports
- Proficiency with software such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to develop data analysis scripts utilizing SQL against potential DB2, Oracle, and SQL server databases
- Experience with developing dashboards and reports with BI tools – Power BI Required
- BI Report Development
- BI and Data Analytics
- Data Quality
- Data and Business Intelligence Governance
- Experience in designing BI dashboards and reporting applications
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting
- Must have the ability to manipulate large data sets and identify trends using BI tools
BUSINESS SKILLS
- Must have strong communications skills in relating complex subject matter to senior management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required
SOFTWARE
- SME proficiency with Power BI
- Proficient level skill in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Atlassian (JIRA) software
- Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack (Azure SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular Reporting)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
