Which companies in Missouri sponsor visas for analytics managers?
St. Louis-based employers including World Wide Technology, Express Scripts (now part of Evernorth), and Centene Corporation have sponsored H-1B workers in analytics and data roles. In Kansas City, Cerner (now Oracle Health) and Garmin have filed LCAs for analytics positions. Large healthcare systems and financial services firms in Missouri are among the most consistent sponsors for analytics manager-level roles.
Which visa types are most common for analytics manager roles in Missouri?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for analytics managers in Missouri. The role generally qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B (specialized knowledge) status through a multinational employer may also transfer into analytics manager positions without entering the H-1B lottery.
How to find analytics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Missouri?
Migrate Mate filters analytics manager jobs specifically by visa sponsorship willingness, so you're not sorting through listings where sponsorship is unclear. For Missouri, search Migrate Mate and filter by state to see active roles at St. Louis and Kansas City employers. The platform pulls roles from companies with documented H-1B filing histories, which is particularly useful for analytics manager candidates who need confirmed sponsorship, not guesswork.
Which cities in Missouri have the most analytics manager sponsorship jobs?
St. Louis and Kansas City account for the large majority of analytics manager sponsorship activity in Missouri. St. Louis draws demand from healthcare, insurance, and logistics sectors, with employers like Centene, Emerson Electric, and Express Scripts operating major data functions there. Kansas City's tech and healthcare corridor, anchored by Oracle Health's presence, generates consistent openings for analytics leadership roles with sponsorship.
Are there any Missouri-specific factors analytics managers should know before applying for sponsored roles?
Missouri employers sponsoring H-1B analytics managers must pay the Department of Labor's prevailing wage for the role's location, which differs between St. Louis and Kansas City metro areas. Missouri's concentration of large healthcare and financial services companies means analytics manager roles often require domain-specific experience in those industries. University programs at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri also supply talent pipelines that shape what employers expect from applicants.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored analytics manager jobs in Missouri?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
