Which companies in Colorado sponsor visas for analytics managers?
Several large Colorado employers have a documented history of sponsoring work visas for analytics roles. Palantir Technologies in Denver regularly files H-1B petitions for data and analytics leadership positions. Arrow Electronics, DaVita, and Lockheed Martin in the Denver metro also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for analytics-adjacent sponsorships. Boulder-based companies like Zayo Group and Rally Health have sponsored analytics hires as well.
Which visa types are most common for analytics manager roles in Colorado?
The H-1B is the most common visa for analytics managers in Colorado, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field like statistics, computer science, or business analytics, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may be eligible for the TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA 'Systems Analyst' or 'Mathematician' categories, depending on the role's specific duties. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in data analytics.
How to find analytics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa-sponsored analytics manager roles in Colorado. You can filter by state and job title to see active postings from employers with a history of sponsoring work visas. This removes the manual work of screening out roles where sponsorship is unavailable, which is a significant time cost when targeting a specific market like Colorado's Denver-Boulder corridor.
Which cities in Colorado have the most analytics manager sponsorship jobs?
Denver is Colorado's primary hub for sponsored analytics manager positions, driven by its concentration of enterprise tech firms, healthcare organizations, and financial services companies. Boulder adds meaningful volume through its startup and scale-up tech community. Colorado Springs contributes roles in defense and aerospace analytics, particularly around contractors supporting military operations at nearby installations. Remote-friendly employers headquartered in these cities often list Colorado as the work location even for distributed roles.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for analytics manager visa sponsorship?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives international candidates useful context when evaluating offers relative to prevailing wage requirements under H-1B regulations. The University of Colorado and Colorado State University produce a strong pipeline of data science and analytics graduates, meaning competition for entry-level roles is high, but experienced managers with specialized domain knowledge in healthcare, aerospace, or energy analytics are in consistent demand from Colorado sponsors.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored analytics manager jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
