Summary
The role of Analyst, Pipeline is responsible for processing daily work, maintaining records and documentation to ensure Company assets are complete, troubleshoot and correct issues, assist field personnel with locating information, training and proper completion of documentation. Spire is striving to reorganize, bring all work tasks relating to asset management under the same department to increase organization and standardization of processes across our territory. Individuals in this department will be expected to have a deep understanding of the processes and be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Digitize completed services into GIS production database.
- Responsible for investigating and resolving customer problems.
- Assist field personnel, contractors, locators, supervisors and other internal departments with service related issues.
- Identifies missing or incorrect information on assets in Maximo, researching and resolving these issues.
- Verifies and updates address change requests from the city, customers, and other internal departments.
- Works with the GIS department to research and resolve issues with missing or inaccurately mapped services including service mapfixes.
- Works with Supervisor to complete data cleansing projects, maintenance projects, and data requests.
- Completes CCB ToDo’s related to services.
- Manages map request platform to ensure timely delivery.
- Support and assist Compliance with data requests to complete MPSC requirements and recommendations within specified timeline.
- All other duties assigned.

Required Education (certifications, licenses)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- GIS certification or related degree is preferred.
- Valid DL required.
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
- Two years of prior job-related experience is preferred, one-year experience is required.
- Experience with asset management is required, experience with Maximo, our asset management system is preferred.
- Experience in the utility industry or construction is preferred.
- Familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Physical demands, environment and schedule
- Normal Work Environment - Work is performed in a shared office environment.
- Work schedule is during normal business hours.
- Overtime and/or travel may be required to meet business needs.
