Which marketing & advertising companies sponsor visas in Utah?
Major Utah employers sponsoring marketing visas include Qualtrics, Adobe's Lehi office, Pluralsight, Domo, and Overstock.com. Many of these focus on B2B SaaS marketing roles. Smaller agencies in Salt Lake City like R&R Partners and Struck also sponsor for specialized positions like digital strategists and creative directors.
How to find marketing & advertising visa sponsorship jobs in Utah?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international candidates with Utah marketing employers who sponsor visas. Focus on Salt Lake City's tech corridor and Provo's Silicon Slopes area where most sponsoring companies are located. Target SaaS companies, as they frequently need international talent for growth marketing and product marketing roles.
Which visa types are most common for marketing & advertising roles in Utah?
H-1B visas are most common for marketing roles requiring specialized skills like data analytics, marketing automation, or technical SEO. O-1 visas work for creative directors with exceptional portfolios. TN visas apply to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying marketing research or advertising roles with specific degree requirements.
Which cities in Utah have the most marketing & advertising sponsorship jobs?
Salt Lake City leads with corporate headquarters and agencies, followed by Lehi and Provo in the Silicon Slopes tech hub. Park City has some seasonal marketing opportunities with resort companies. What should international marketers know about Utah's job market?
Utah's marketing scene heavily emphasizes digital and performance marketing due to the tech industry presence. Many companies prefer candidates with SaaS experience and analytics skills. The state's business-friendly environment attracts growing companies that need international talent, but competition is high for entry-level positions requiring sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored marketing & advertising jobs in Utah?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
