SKILL/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Mandatory:
- 18 months minimum in a technical support role, strong personal computing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments.
- Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach or grip 50 lbs., above or below shoulders.
- Ability to walk distances between Caesars properties and spend long periods standing.
- Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 days a week environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with varying days off.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Must have a Nevada gaming card or be able to obtain a card prior to start of assignment.
