Which companies in New Hampshire sponsor visas for business data analysts?
Financial services firms, large health systems, and defense contractors account for most business data analyst visa sponsorships in New Hampshire. Employers like BAE Systems, Dartmouth Health, Citizens Bank, and Fidelity Investments (with offices near the Massachusetts border) have filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for analytical roles. Larger multinationals operating in the Manchester and Nashua corridors are generally the most active sponsors for international candidates.
Which visa types are most common for business data analyst roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B visa is the most common pathway for business data analysts in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business analytics, statistics, or computer science. Some candidates also enter through L-1B transfers within multinational companies, or on OPT if they recently graduated from a U.S. university, before an employer files an H-1B petition on their behalf.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most business data analyst sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city and its primary employment hub for business data analysts, with a concentration of financial services, insurance, and technology firms. Nashua follows closely, driven by its proximity to the Massachusetts border and a cluster of defense and manufacturing companies. Concord, as the state capital, adds public sector and healthcare analytics roles. Remote-eligible positions based at New Hampshire employers also appear in these three cities most frequently.
How to find business data analyst visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters business data analyst roles in New Hampshire by visa sponsorship availability, saving you from manually screening employers. Because sponsoring companies in smaller states like New Hampshire are fewer than in major tech hubs, using a targeted platform matters more. Migrate Mate surfaces roles from employers that have an active history of sponsoring work visas, helping you focus your applications where sponsorship is a realistic outcome.
Are there any state-specific considerations for business data analysts seeking visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage benchmarking since total compensation packages here often differ from neighboring Massachusetts. Employers must still meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific metro area when filing an H-1B Labor Condition Application. New Hampshire's smaller talent pool relative to Boston means competition for open roles can be lower, but the number of actively sponsoring employers is also more limited, so targeting the right companies matters significantly.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business data analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
