ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Global Shareholder Services team delivers essential support to Franklin Templeton’s clients and advisors. Client Representatives within our in-bound Call Center focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment, leveraging industry-leading tools and each other’s strengths. Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Experience in client or customer service
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong computer and internet navigation skills
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Work Schedule & Location

• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm ET during training
• Flexible remote schedule available after training (Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm ET)
• No weekends required
• Tentative start date: June 8, 2026
