Position Purpose
This is a one-year term position that supports the Health Service IT with the clinical and administrative systems used by health service staff. The Health Service IT Assistant supports the Health Service Systems Administrator by acting as a departmental customer service agent supporting staff needs through several large projects over the next year including inventory management, device setup, report creation, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Accountabilities
Description
SHS IT project management to include the correction of medical record data issues found when preparing the incoming student data to send to Dartmouth Health and the updating of the user & provider table in PNC to meet newly added license requirements. Assists with setting up billable services in the PNC Billing module and assists in the creation and establishment of a waiver process for DSGHP through PNC Billing.

Troubleshoots and addresses issues reported by staff and campus services that affect DSHS systems. (Closely screens Health Services IT and individual campus email accounts as well as campus IT ticketing system for Health Services issues.)
