ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides PC hardware and software support with majority focus on the Microsoft Windows platform.
- Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.
- Develops, maintains and supports all systems, applications, security, and network configurations with regular system maintenance to address issues promptly and proactively.
- Install and connect network devices including servers to maintain local area network and server systems.
- Troubleshoots network performance issues including Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Recommends and installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems.
- Implements, maintains and monitors system backups, data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Configures and maintains account master data information in Active Directory.
- Incident handling via ServiceNow management, execution, and escalation when necessary to appropriate teams.
- Provides technical support via phone, emails, and remote tools and onsite visits to end-users with timely resolution.
- Supports ALPLA’s proprietary systems.
- Maintains accurate and up to date list of IT assets.
- Develops and maintains IT vendor and partner relationships.
- Develops, maintains, and provides guidance and training to end users.
- Coordinate with cross functional IT Teams and organizational units to provide support and successful project execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Minimum 2-year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Experience with MS Office 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft Suite applications including Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
Skills:
- Good computer skills

- Ability and willingness to learn new programs/functions quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced systems/networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SCCM, VMWare, Cisco DNA, and Service Now
- Willing and able to travel up to 25%
