ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Infrastructure team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain our hybrid enterprise environment, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), on-premises infrastructure, enterprise security technologies, and local IT operations at our Littleton, Colorado facility.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core enterprise services to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
- Administer and support cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including provisioning, monitoring, security, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage Nutanix AHV virtualization environments and support infrastructure lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and system maintenance.
- Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, infrastructure monitoring, and modernization initiatives to improve system resilience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the administration of enterprise security technologies, vulnerability management, patch remediation, identity management, and compliance initiatives to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and infrastructure standards to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
- Serve as the primary IT Infrastructure Administrator for the Littleton facility, providing advanced infrastructure support while partnering closely with local and global IT teams.
- Collaborate with the onsite IT Support Specialist to provide technical guidance, escalation support, and timely resolution of complex infrastructure and systems issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure, respond to high-priority incidents, and ensure business continuity.
- Support and maintain secure GovCloud environments while ensuring compliance with applicable security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and core Windows Server technologies.
- Experience administering Amazon Web Services (AWS), Nutanix virtualization, enterprise security platforms, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues across enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnets, VLANs, static routing, and switching technologies.
- Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise firewall solutions and network security appliances.
- Working knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and network access control technologies.
- Experience developing or supporting automation using PowerShell or other scripting tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years enterprise infrastructure administration experience
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Windows/Linux Server experience
