Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain managers in New Hampshire?
BAE Systems in Nashua is one of the more active sponsors in the state, given its large defense manufacturing footprint. Watts Water Technologies and Benchmark Electronics have also filed H-1B applications for operations and supply chain roles. Larger national employers with New Hampshire facilities, such as Tyco Electronics and Teleflex, are worth researching through DOL's OFLC disclosure data for sponsorship history.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain manager roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for supply chain managers in New Hampshire, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Canadian citizens may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA professional category for management consultants, though the classification requires careful employer documentation to support.
How to find supply chain manager visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find supply chain manager roles in New Hampshire where employers are open to visa sponsorship. The platform filters jobs specifically for international candidates, so you can search by state and role without sorting through positions that won't consider sponsorship. Focusing your search on southern New Hampshire, particularly Manchester and Nashua, will surface the highest concentration of relevant postings.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most supply chain manager sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the largest share of supply chain manager openings in the state, anchored by manufacturing, defense contracting, and medical device companies in the Merrimack Valley corridor. Portsmouth also sees demand tied to its aerospace and advanced manufacturing base. Concord, as the state capital, has occasional openings through government contractors and healthcare supply chain operations.
Are there any state-specific considerations for supply chain manager visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire's supply chain hiring is closely tied to defense and advanced manufacturing, meaning many roles are with federal contractors that may require security clearances. Non-citizens on work visas are generally not eligible for active security clearances, which can restrict access to certain roles at companies like BAE Systems. Targeting commercial manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution employers typically avoids this limitation. New Hampshire also has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons when evaluating offer competitiveness.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain manager jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
