Tips for Finding TN Sponsorship Jobs in New Hampshire
Target the Manchester-Nashua tech corridor first
The highest concentration of TN-sponsoring employers in New Hampshire sits along the Route 3 corridor between Manchester and Nashua. Software, IT infrastructure, and engineering firms clustered here file TN petitions regularly and tend to have established immigration support processes.
Research employer immigration history before applying
Search the Department of Labor's OFLC disclosure data to see which New Hampshire employers have filed Labor Condition Applications for TN-eligible roles. Employers with a filing history are far more likely to understand and support the TN process than those encountering it for the first time.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified TN sponsors
Searching general job boards makes it hard to identify which New Hampshire employers actually sponsor TN visas. Migrate Mate filters listings by visa type, so you can focus your applications on employers already open to TN candidates rather than spending time on roles that won't work.
Know which TN occupations align with New Hampshire's key sectors
New Hampshire's strongest hiring sectors include healthcare, software engineering, and scientific research. Cross-reference your occupation against the TN USMCA occupations list before applying to confirm your specific role and degree combination qualifies under the relevant category.
Engage mid-size technology and defense contractors directly
New Hampshire hosts a number of mid-size defense and technology contractors, particularly around the southern part of the state. These employers often recruit internationally for specialized engineering and IT roles and may not always advertise TN sponsorship explicitly but will support it when asked.
Leverage New Hampshire's proximity to Boston's employer base
Many large Boston-area employers have offices or operations in southern New Hampshire. If a company sponsors TN visas in Massachusetts, its New Hampshire locations almost certainly follow the same HR policies, making cross-border employer research a practical strategy for expanding your options.

Which industries in New Hampshire sponsor the most TN visas?
Information technology, healthcare, and engineering are the strongest industries for TN visa sponsorship in New Hampshire. Software development firms and IT services companies in the Manchester-Nashua corridor file TN petitions frequently, while hospitals and healthcare networks across the state sponsor accountants, engineers, and scientific professionals. Defense and advanced manufacturing also produce consistent TN filings in southern New Hampshire.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most TN sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the largest share of TN sponsorship activity in New Hampshire, driven by technology companies, healthcare systems, and professional services firms concentrated in the southern tier. Concord, as the state capital, adds government-adjacent roles in management consulting and scientific fields. Portsmouth in the Seacoast region also has an active employer base in technology and defense.
What types of roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in New Hampshire?
Roles that qualify for TN sponsorship must fall within the USMCA TN occupations list and require a qualifying degree in a directly related field. In New Hampshire, this commonly includes software engineers, systems analysts, management consultants, accountants, engineers across disciplines, scientific researchers, and certain healthcare professionals. The role's duties and the applicant's degree must both align with the specific TN occupation category.
How do I find TN sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find TN visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire, since listings are filtered by visa type and state so you are not sorting through roles that won't support TN candidates. Supplementing this with OFLC disclosure data searches and direct outreach to New Hampshire employers with a history of TN filings will further strengthen your pipeline.
Are there any state-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire does not impose state-level immigration requirements beyond federal rules, so TN sponsorship follows standard USMCA procedures. However, New Hampshire has no state income tax on wages, which is a practical consideration when evaluating offers. Employers in the state tend to be smaller than those in neighboring Massachusetts, so confirming an employer's familiarity with TN processing before accepting an offer is worthwhile.
