Need a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in building and optimizing recommendation models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and scaling personalized recommendation systems that drive user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models for recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering, contact based filtering, deep learning, hybrid approaches).
- Optimize models for scalability, performance, and real-time predictions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production pipelines.
- Analyze and improve recommendation quality using metrics like precision, recall, and user satisfaction.
- Experiment with cutting-edge techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, graph neural networks) to enhance recommendations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on recommendation systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

- Experience with DataBricks and AWS.
