- Provide leadership oversight and escalation management when required.
Value Storytelling & Client Success:
- Clearly articulate the outcomes, progress, and impact of EXL initiatives to executive audiences.
- Translate complex delivery activity into compelling, business-focused narratives that reinforce EXL’s value as a strategic partner.

Which companies sponsor visas for management consultants in New Jersey?
The largest sponsors for management consultant roles in New Jersey include the Big Four firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), major strategy firms like McKinsey and Accenture, and in-house consulting arms at pharmaceutical companies such as Johnson and Johnson, Merck, and Becton Dickinson. These employers have established immigration programs and file H-1B visa petitions for qualifying consulting roles on a recurring basis.
Which visa types are most common for management consultant roles in New Jersey?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for management consultants in New Jersey, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or a related field. Consultants from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles can explore the TN visa under the USMCA professional category for management consultants.
Which cities in New Jersey have the most management consultant sponsorship jobs?
Jersey City concentrates the highest volume of consulting sponsorship activity, driven by its proximity to Wall Street and a dense financial services client base. Princeton and New Brunswick are strong secondary markets due to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry presence. Parsippany and Florham Park, both along the I-287 tech corridor, host regional offices of national consulting firms that regularly sponsor international candidates.
How to find management consultant visa sponsorship jobs in New Jersey?
Migrate Mate filters management consultant roles by visa sponsorship status and state, so you can browse New Jersey-specific openings without sorting through employers unlikely to sponsor. The platform focuses on positions where employers have a documented history of filing work visas, which is particularly useful in consulting given that sponsorship willingness varies significantly by firm size and practice area.
Are there state-specific considerations for management consultants seeking sponsorship in New Jersey?
New Jersey's concentration of pharmaceutical, financial services, and technology clients means consulting roles here often require niche domain expertise, which can strengthen a specialty occupation argument for H-1B purposes. The state's proximity to New York City also means some consultants are based in New Jersey but staffed on New York projects, which can affect Labor Condition Application filing requirements if work locations span both states.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored management consultant jobs in New Jersey?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
