JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation, proposing actions to minimize risk and enhance performance.

Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, identifying potential defects or inefficiencies and addressing them promptly.

Ability to assess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed to complete tasks.

Performs the demolition of building elements, and cleans up areas as needed.

Maintain standard working knowledge of construction practices and techniques, staying updated with relevant trade-specific safety procedures.
