BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Knowledge:
- Active Directory: Creating accounts, resetting passwords, disabling accounts, updating accounts, and managing group membership.
- Exchange on-prem/cloud: Creating mailboxes, changing quotas, and adding permissions (Send as/Send on behalf), calendar permissions.
- VMWare: Restarting servers.
- Hardware: PCs, printers, mobile phones, desk phones, laptops, iPads, monitors, copiers, and scanners. Building and profiling new PCs and laptops. Replacing toners, clearing jams. Rolling out or provisioning mobile devices. Replacing peripherals.
- Cisco CCUM: Phone management, managing users, profiles, lines.
- Security: Delete suspicious emails, running antivirus scans. Resolve issues with adaptive security applications. Resolve issues with credentials. Release quarantined emails.
- Office products: Expert knowledge: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Operating Systems: Windows, iPhone, iOS.
- Networking: Working knowledge of VLANs, TCP/IP, network patching.
- Applications: Adobe.
- Financial Applications (a plus): Bloomberg, Intex, CapIQ.
- Premier Support: Able to provide premier support to partners and executives.
- Remote Access: Working knowledge of VPN and Remote Desktop.
- Documentation: Ability to clearly and actively document and update existing technical documents.
