Responsibilities
- Maintains contractual records; monitors compliance; manages renewals, extensions, and amendments; and assists in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
- Assists with software license procurement, distribution, and lifecycle management by monitoring usage, ensuring compliance, coordinating renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assists the Manager with software resale activities and the reconciliation of financial records to ensure accuracy and the responsible stewardship of Auburn University's financial resources.
- Provides customer support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing ServiceNow tickets in a timely and effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of experience providing administrative, technical, customer service, financial, procurement, contract, or related support.

- Pay Range: USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
