Are you passionate about the intersection of finance and technology? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments supporting critical trading operations? Our Global Markets Business Support and Monitoring IT team is seeking a talented Front Office Application IT Support Analyst – Equity to join us.
You'll be at the heart of our success, providing vital Level 1 & 2 functional and technical support for the applications used by our Equity Derivatives & Securities Financing Front Office (Sales and Traders) and Support Functions teams. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on trading efficiency and innovation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in supporting cutting-edge applications for Cash Equity and Listed option trading, Sales-Trader workflow for Equity Derivatives products, trade booking and integration with external execution platforms via trade gateways. You'll collaborate closely with our Front Office teams (Sales and Traders) and support functions (Trade Support, Operations), leveraging your keen understanding of financial products (Equity, Listed Options, Equity Derivatives products, Medium Term Notes, Stock Borrow/Loan, Repo, TRS).

- Ensure Operational Excellence: Address user support requests and manage incidents with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Proactive Monitoring: Monitor application performance to identify and proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal operational efficiency.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide regular, clear updates on support activities, requests, and project statuses to stakeholders and management.
- Become a Trusted Partner: Forge strong relationships with sales and traders by working directly with their desks to support applications they use on their day to day.
- Empower Users: Provide comprehensive training and create clear, concise user guides to enhance application adoption and proficiency.
- Uphold Standards: Ensure all support activities align with internal policies and industry best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Finance.
- Proven experience in Application IT Support Analyst roles within a Equity Front Office environment in the Finance industry.
- Solid knowledge of the following products and trade life-cycle: Equity and Listed options, Equity Derivatives, Medium Term Notes (MTNs), Stock Borrow/Loans, Repo, TRS.
- Familiarity with these domains: Electronic Trading platform, Sales-Trader workflow, Note Issuance, Trade and booking gateways, intraday risks and P&L.
- Experience with the following applications: Fidessa, Dash and Horizon (or similar), Sophis and Loanet (or similar), Markitwire.
- Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of FIX and SQL is mandatory.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Agility & Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting multiple applications.
- Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - 145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - 180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
