- Provide hands-on and remote technical support for computers, printers, software, networks, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain technology systems and equipment.
- Track IT inventory, coordinate equipment repairs and replacements, and maintain accurate asset records.
- Help staff learn technology systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Support new staff technology orientation and ongoing staff training.
- Help maintain IT security practices and protect confidential information in accordance with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with the IT security team to review alerts and respond to potential security concerns.
- Travel occasionally between agency locations to provide technical assistance and training.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Two to three years of IT support experience; healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Google operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, network protocols, and wireless networking.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
