Come join Bridgeway's Information Services Team!
We are looking for an IT Support Technician Tier II who will provide excellent customer services to Bridgeway employees providing Tier II support. Perform systems and network troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and resolve problems. Assist in maintenance and operation of network and system resources. Upgrade user hardware and software components as required. Plan for future hardware upgrades and maintenance schedules. Assist in maintaining hardware/software inventory.
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues that require additional analysis, specialized expertise, or extended troubleshooting beyond initial support efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide Tier II technical support by collaborating with Tier I support staff to facilitate efficient issue resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a working knowledge of existing applications, new applications, operating systems and departmental standards and procedures.
- Assist with implementation, maintenance, and support of network, server, workstation, and cloud-based technologies.
- Promote a positive working relationship with other department staff, as well as other Bridgeway employees, clients, and customers.
- Cooperate, motivate, and work closely with other departments that require services of the department.
- Follow appropriate reporting lines and channels of authority with all verbal and written communications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; A+ certification required. Must have 1-3 years of practical computer hardware and software experience, experience in network wiring; experience with network and system administration preferred; and experience in configuring end-user applications. Employment with Bridgeway is conditioned upon passing all required background checks.
