This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll be the face of IT, supporting employees across a mixed Mac/Windows environment and working across a broad, modern tech stack. Heavy focus on end-user / deskside support, working directly with employees in a highly visible, onsite role. Exposure to a broad range of technologies, spanning IT support, SaaS platforms, hardware, and AV systems. Opportunity to own issues end-to-end, with a strong emphasis on improving IT processes and user experience. Serve as a go-to IT resource, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships across the organization.
Tech Stack & Environment:
- Operating Systems: macOS, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android
- MDM / Device Management: JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager
- Identity & Access: Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD / Entra ID
- SaaS / Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, Google Workspace
- Ticketing & Knowledge Base: Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence
- Networking: DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, remote access tools (RDP, TeamViewer)
- Hardware: Laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, mobile devices
- AV / Collaboration: Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Yealink
- Other: VoIP systems, USB device management, endpoint troubleshooting, asset management
