This position will provide user support on company-supported computer applications and platforms, troubleshoot issues and advise on appropriate actions.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to requests for assistance in person, via phone and email
- Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and document resolutions
- Install and configure application software and related hardware such as desktops, servers, and printers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in Information Technology
- Active Directory experience
- Basic network diagnostic skills
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- The ability to problem-solve alone and in a team environment
- The ability to remain flexible with assignment priorities
