As a Principal IT Support Analyst professional you will be a point of contact for ADP employees experiencing any technical support-related issues including but not limited to; software applications, desktop hardware, network/IP telephony services, and print services.

What you can expect on a typical day:
Technical Support. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve IT Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with macOS, MacBook, iPad & iPhone
- Experience with Microsoft OS, AD, Azure and Collaboration tools preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of desktop support supporting medium to large size businesses
- 3 – 5 years of mobile support android and apple products.
- Process-driven with experience utilizing IT ticketing systems with preference to Service Now.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively identify areas of needed improvement
- Ability to build and train team members on support KB Articles and Training documentation.
- Enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Champion service excellence by ensuring positive end-user experiences through responsive support, effective issue resolution, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft OS, AD, Azure and Collaboration tools preferred.
- Experience with Intune
- Experience supporting Global Protect SASE solution.
- Automation experience preferred
- VM/VDI experience preferred
