Which companies sponsor visas for IT support roles in Arizona?
Large employers with significant Arizona operations are the most active sponsors for IT support roles. Intel's Chandler campus, Banner Health, American Express, and Honeywell have all filed Labor Condition Applications for IT support positions in the state. Major consulting firms and managed service providers with Phoenix offices also sponsor regularly, particularly for help desk team leads and systems support specialists requiring specific technical certifications.

Not all IT support roles qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B standards, so the specific job duties and degree requirements matter. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying computer-related occupations. Australian nationals may qualify for the E-3 visa.
