Job Purpose
Primary application & end-user support for UKG Pro WFM (Kronos) including but not limited to the following modules Timekeeper, Accruals and Attendance and Analytics. Configure/Support InTouch data capture devices. Design, test, troubleshoot UKG/CRT interfaces between source HR/Payroll systems. Secondary support of other HRIS/Payroll related systems (SAGE People, Cornerstone LMS, etc.). Engage and interact with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Apply and test vendor patches and upgrades. Collaborate with leaders to convert business requirements into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership by providing training both on-site and remote either directly to end users or via train-the-trainer methods. Adhere to all internal and regulatory controls.

Key Job Elements
- Support Kronos WFC V8 including but not limited to the following modules Timekeeper, Accruals and Attendance, Activities and Analytics;
- Configure and support InTouch biometric terminals;
- Design, test, and troubleshoot interfaces between Kronos and other internal applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Baan LN, etc.) using WIM and/or web services;
- Engage and interact with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues;
- Apply and test vendor patches and upgrades as well as server maintenance with limited business impact;
- Collaborate with leaders to convert business requirements into technical specifications;
- Provide technical leadership by providing training both on-site and remote either directly to end users or via train-the-trainer methods;
- Perform code deployments to other systems (i.e. PeopleSoft);
- Adhere to all Sarbanes-Oxley and Progress Rail auditing and procedural requirements.
Education / Training
- Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred;
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support role;
- Able to communicate professionally to both internal and external customers;
- Preferred experience with systems implementations projects;
- Knowledge of Timekeeping (Kronos preferred);
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with extreme care and attention to detail;
- Must be a team player.

- Strength – Must be able to lift 40 lbs;
- Motion – The position is primarily in an office setting requiring sitting at the desk the majority of the day; Vision/Hearing Requirements – May spend long periods of time in front of computer screen;
- Work Environment - Will spend the majority of time in office environment, although exposed occasionally to plant facilities requiring exposure to hot and cold environments along with noise exposure;
- Emotional Demands – Must have good communications skills;
- Safety – Not a safety sensitive position but does require the use of PPE when in a production environment.
