Description:
- Perform basic job skills with the oversight of a qualified operator
- Clean and maintain tools and work areas
- Perform basic functions of the work area
- Demonstrates basic math and communication skills
- Maintains an orderly work area
- Time management
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely
- Adheres to Company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies, procedures and values
- Interacts and collaborates with peers and supervisors professionally
- Demonstrates willingness to assist others in order to achieve work center goals
Skills Required:
- A minimum of a High School diploma, GED
- A minimum of 6 months of related experience within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments
- Experience in a regulated industry (cGMP, SOPs, audits, etc.)
- Proficiency in computers (i.e.; email, internet explorer, MS Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills: Reading, writing, and team interaction
- Dependable team player with a “can-do” attitude
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Exhibit an ability of mechanical aptitude

Work Environment
The work environment characteristics are representative of a manufacturing, laboratory, or warehouse environment and include handling of viral and bacterial hazards, potentially hazardous chemicals, as well as infectious or potentially infectious bodily fluids, tissues, and samples. Up to 75% of the time you will be standing, walking or sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible work hours to meet project deadlines.
