Role Overview
The Head of Growth Marketing owns two sides of the same flywheel: the creator network and the enterprise brand campaigns it powers. Client delivery and fulfillment succeed end to end when creators are thriving, engaged, and earning. That flywheel is yours.
On one side, you own the growth engine: the profile of the brand, creator acquisition across every persona, and the health of the community everything depends on. On the other, you make sure that engine delivers. The team owns campaign execution; you hold them accountable to it, ensuring the community and growth systems work as one flywheel so that when a client campaign needs the network, the network is ready.
You bring proven growth playbooks from ecommerce and digital businesses and apply them to a new category-defining creator platform. Creator monetization runs on these mechanics: conversion funnels, performance data, retention loops, and brand partnerships that renew because they work.
This is a doer's role first and a leader's role second. Our philosophy is simple: we build the systems ourselves, then hire for what we can't do. You architect the playbook and you run it, hands on, and direct and grow the growth marketing function. Your first direct report is the Creator Community & Growth Manager, a creator-native operator who serves as the day-to-day, peer-level face of the community. You set the strategy, priorities, and standard; they bring the lived growth by community credibility. Together you cover the full picture. The leadership path here is earned through building. Stage one: you do the work and build the systems. Stage two: you document the playbooks and delegate what is repeatable. Stage three: you own the full growth function, with a team you shaped across creator acquisition and campaign delivery, and scope that expands as the systems you built prove out. You are creating the standard of excellence from the onset, and the function grows around it.
What You Own
1. Team Leadership
- Manage the Creator Community & Growth Manager, social media, content functions aligned towards the same: weekly priorities, clear goals, accountability, coaching, and development
- Lead as a player-coach: build the systems and run the work alongside your team, then delegate what is documented and repeatable
- Build the operating rhythm for the growth team: briefs, reviews, reporting, and a documented playbook that scales as the team grows
- Hire and onboard future team members or vendors across creator acquisition and campaign delivery as the function expands
- Grow into full ownership of the growth function: as the systems you build prove out, your scope, decision rights, and team expand with them
2. Brand Profile & Visibility
- Grow the public profile of Jobstream™ and the Career Creator Network™ across every channel and every brand moment
- Lead brand storytelling built for the visual world: social first, video first, show over tell, designed to attract an elite group of career creators
- Own brand standards across all touchpoints, holding every asset, campaign, and activation to the highest bar
- Drive IRL brand activations end to end, and convert every moment into pipeline and community growth
3. Client Delivery Accountability (The Flywheel)
- You will partner with client delivery team, hold the team accountable to client campaign delivery: clear owners, timelines, standards, and visibility into every campaign in flight
- Ensure the community and growth systems feed delivery, so the right creators are activated, ready, and matched when a client campaign needs them
- Ensure how we connect opportunity to creators is a best in class and standardized experience, ie creators are briefed and supported so every deliverable lands brand-safe and on-strategy
- Connect delivery outcomes back into growth: campaign results become the proof that attracts the next creators and the next clients, a loop that is designed to flourish
- Partner with the Recruitics Group B2B marketing team, who lead brand-direct marketing motions, so the creator side and the demand side grow in lockstep
4. Career Creator Network™ Growth
- Manage and grow the Career Creator Network™, activating and building our owned network of career creators
- Own creator growth strategy across all creator personas, from acquisition through activation and retention
- Scout and acquire high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that align with Jobstream's niche and our clients' needs
- Pitch the Jobstream™ value proposition clearly, handling objections around commission structures and technical setup
- Run top-of-funnel brands and channels, including Creator Industry HQ and the newsletter engine, as always-on acquisition layers into Jobstream™
5. Creator Success, Engagement & Retention
- Own the creator lifecycle from onboarding through long-term retention, building the systems yourself and running them day to day alongside the Creator Community & Growth Manager
- Ensure new creators reach their first earning milestone fast, with white-glove support for high-value accounts
- Use creator performance data to identify at-risk creators and breakout potential, and direct early intervention on both
- Oversee the rituals, programming, and touchpoints (including WorkStream, our recurring co-working sessions) that make the Career Creator Network™ a place creators choose to stay
- Set the community health metrics that matter and hold the team accountable to them
6. Content Engine & Product Advocacy
- Run a social and video first content operation: pillars, cadence, channel ownership, and creative standards
- Treat creator-shared job content as a growth lever within the content strategy
- Contribute to the product roadmap by relaying and sharing user/creator community or market signals and feedback for CreatorpreneurOS™, the operating system that powers creator growth and success and connects creators to our clients and brands
- Act as the voice of both creators and employer clients internally, feeding structured insights back to the product team
