- Manage all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reports
- Oversee payroll processing and related accounting activities
- Support employee benefit administration and financial recordkeeping
- Maintain general ledger integrity and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with external accounting, tax, and professional service providers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with ownership of the full accounting cycle
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience managing payroll and related accounting functions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
