The University of Oklahoma is seeking a Data Enablement Manager to lead a team delivering data integration, reporting, and data support services. This role is responsible for driving execution, improving service delivery, and supporting enterprise data initiatives, including a new Enterprise Data Warehouse.
This position within OU Information Technology (OUIT) connects data engineering, reporting, and business needs. The role focuses on team leadership, workload management, and enabling effective use of data across the institution.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- 36 months in management, leadership, or project experience
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months of experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License in order to drive University vehicles
Department Preferences:
- Experience leading or supervising technical teams
- Experience working with back-end data systems, reporting, or integration platforms
- Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and data flow concepts
- Experience working in a cross-functional data environment
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or enterprise initiatives
- Experience supporting or participating in enterprise data platform or warehouse initiatives
- Experience in higher education or complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with data quality concepts and practices
