POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing back-office administrative support and handling various operational functions to ensure efficient operations. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant assists in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and acts as a key contact regarding operational questions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Type, format and produce documents such as proposals, presentations, correspondence, and standard reports.
- Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems for the team.
- Maintain a calendar and contact database, schedule appointments, make travel or conference arrangements, and arrange meetings and conferences for an assigned work group.
- Perform administrative duties specific to department such as conducting research, updating databases, and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
- Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts for a designated work group.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail.
- Answer phone call inquiries, research and resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English in order to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous banking, financial services, or mortgage experience, preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

PAY RANGE:
- Hourly Rate: $13.00 - $15.00
