Senior Product Development Owner - Customer Relationship Management (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)
The Senior Product Development Owner, Customer Relationship Management, drives strategic product initiatives across CRM capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer experience and relationship management goals. This role blends leadership in product strategy, development execution, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support sales, service, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes. The Senior Product Development Owner oversees CRM roadmap definition, guides agile delivery teams, and ensures CRM platforms evolve to meet organizational needs—especially critical during the transition from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce. Experience in CRM systems, data quality, and cross-channel customer engagement is strongly recommended.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain product vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Translate business needs into prioritized features and outcomes.

Delivery & Execution
- Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure clear, actionable work.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Act as primary liaison between business and technology teams.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include specific projects or tasks.
- Participate in continuous learning activities to sustain knowledge of the industry, management practices, and bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Six years of experience in product development in banking, finance, and/or lending environments preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud).
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools (Tableau CRM, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with Marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot) is a plus.
- Experience with data governance, reporting, or analytics within a CRM environment.
- Certifications preferred: CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and cloud concepts.
