What You’ll Do
- Build Relationships: Get to know clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored financial solutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Anticipate and meet client needs with a positive and proactive approach.
- Drive Growth: Open and maintain accounts, assist with loan applications, and help clients navigate financial products like Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and Money Market Accounts.
- Generate Leads: Identify client needs and connect them with the right financial resources.
- Assist with Loan Applications: Guide clients through the consumer loan initiation process smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure Accuracy: Conduct cash and check transactions with integrity and precision when working behind the teller line.
- Educate & Protect: Clearly explain product benefits, compliance essentials, and security measures.
- Solve Problems: Address client concerns with professionalism and poise, even in stressful situations.
- Minimize Risk: Safeguard clients against fraud and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting.
- Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience.
- Teller experience preferred (6+ months).
- Familiarity with consumer lending products.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear communication.
- Experience recommending, selling, and referring financial products.
- Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
- Ability to accurately balance a cash drawer.
- Proficiency with computers, data entry, and multi-line phone systems.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours.
