Engagement: Texas DIR ITSAC Contract Opportunity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
- Support mainframe reports modernization and data extraction initiatives.
- Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and data flow documentation.
- Develop reports using Power BI and Snowflake.
- Support data publishing to the Texas DIR Open Data Portal and RRC website.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and report development experience.
- 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- 5+ years of UAT, training, and implementation support.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
