We have one sales person that has worked in the same agency for over 20 years.
Will I have to purchase my own leads?
Absolutely not! Our agencies provide all of the leads!
Is this a commission-only position?
Every agency pays their employees differently, but they generally pay a base salary or an hourly wage, plus commissions and/or bonuses.
What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?
If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $45,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses. Our system is not an exact science, but you work such large numbers it becomes predictable. $60,000 in your first year is not unheard of.
